I have worked with clients in all stages of their lives and relationships. What I have found to be the commonality with any stage, age or background, is the basic need to feel understood.

One on One sessions for any individual looking for a supportive environment to explore feelings and behaviors that get in the way of your happiness.
Couples Therapy
Couples sessions are for you and your partner to resolve any struggles that might be getting in the way of your connection.
Family Therapy
Family Sessions include more than one person, including but not limited to: parent-child, friends, siblings, co-parents, or any other group of people who would like to work on their relationship dynamic.
Group Therapy
Group Therapy allows for a group of people to come together to discuss and explore a common struggle or situation.

We are also eligible to accept payment through your Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA).
We are not in-network with any Insurance company, however, we can provide claim forms for out-of-network reimbursements.
